Ron Jodice has been a resident of Simsbury for 35 years, with his wife raising two sons, both graduates of the Simsbury public school system. Ron, who has an engineering degree from Northeastern and 30 years construction experience as president of PDS Engineering & Construction has not only expert knowledge of the engineering and construction methods required of complex building projects but also knowledge of the land use and zoning regulations required for their approval.

Ron has shown a passion for volunteer work and local government participation, having served on various Simsbury task forces, is a current member and the zoning board liaison for the Economic Development commission and is a director on the board of the Simsbury volunteer ambulance association. Ron also volunteered for 7 years to serve on the board of directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Connecticut and currently is in his 30th year of volunteer service on the National Ski Patrol.

State and federal regulations continue to be issued that override local zoning ordinances. Ron is committed to seeing compliance with those are done with the best interest of Simsbury in mind.
